Please review all of the following information before your first appointment and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
We strive to provide compassionate care and a safe environment for everyone at New Meadows Healing Arts. This goal has been a challenge during the last two years of a pandemic, but we have been able to continue seeing patients and providing important treatments by following some simple guidelines and we ask that you join us in this effort to reduce the risk of transmission of the Coronavirus by:
- Wearing a high quality mask (or double mask) to your appointment. We have extra surgical masks if you would like one.
- Getting vaccinated, and boosted! We practice traditional medicine, but we are also big fans of modern science. The vaccines greatly reduce the negative outcomes from Covid-19 and are essential for overcoming the pandemic stage of this virus. Our practitioners are all fully vaccinated.
- Rescheduling your appointment if you have flu-like symptoms or have had direct exposure to an someone with an active case of Covid-19 within 5 days.
Thank you for your understanding as guidelines for safety around Covid-19 may change and be updated regularly.
Directions and Parking
Coming from either Brunswick or Bath on Route 1, take the New Meadows Exit and head south on New Meadows Road. When you cross the intersection with State Road the road’s name changes to Fosters Point Road. Continue down Fosters Point Rd. for 3 miles. You will pass the Audubon Hamilton Sanctuary’s parking lot and our driveway is the next one on the right, just after the “hidden drive” sign. When you get to our location at 701 Fosters Point Rd. in West Bath, Maine you will see our sign on the road. Head up the driveway on the right. The clinic is the building on your right and parking is out front.

All patients are required to read all policies, completely fill out a confidential health history form, and sign a consent to treatment and liability release prior to any treatment at New Meadows Healing Arts.
If possible, please arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment in order to fill out all paperwork if you haven’t already. You must also inform your massage therapist or acupuncturist of any changes to your health information as well as other changes to your personal information, such as address changes, changes in emergency contact information etc.
Some health insurance plans may cover acupuncture and massage services. If your insurance plan covers our services we are happy to bill them for you or provide you with a receipt for reimbursement.
